Pet portrait FAQs
What about if I have more than one pet?
Please select 2 or more from the 'quantity' selector above and submit a singe photo featuring all the pets. The cost is multiplied by the number of pets. One pet £45, two is £90 etc.
How long will it take?
We will email you back within one working day of your purchase with an estimated time it will take to complete it. It will be sent 1st class signed for in the UK, but do allow extra time during the Christmas period.
What size is it?
Your portrait comes unframed in an 8" x 10" mount
Does it come framed?
No, but the portraits are sized to fit in standard Imperial sized frames. Search for frames with the stated size of the portrait (for example 8"x10" for our mini portraits). Remember you don't need a mount to be included as your picture comes mounted.
How to take the best photo of your pet to send us for your portrait
Send us ONE clear photo of your pet
The better your photo, the better your portrait!
Photo should be face on
Make sure all their features are visible
Things to think about
Take the photo in natural light
Crouch down to eye level
Take the photo square on
For two or more pets
Send one image with all animals to be included
All the same guidelines apply: eye level, face-on, natural light
